Dear Peter 

As one of my closest, trusted and valued friends I am leaving this letter for you to assist in simplifying matters in my life where I am no longer around to do so.

Where to find things:

The keys to my garden shed are in the top left drawer of the server unit in my lounge, they are the 2 keys and the blue fob.

In my left hand bedroom wardrobe on the 3rd shelf you will find a shoe box that has all important documents and certificates (the originals), copies are also located on my CODE.X App for which your log-in code is 718934. 

Under the floorboard on the right hand side of the kitchen you will find a metal box with my coin collection which I would like you to have as a gift from me.

In the study is a key safe in on the right wall as you enter, copies of all my car and bike keys as well as all the house keys are inside.
