Dear Jane,

It’s been a while since we last spoke, and I deeply regret that time slipped away without us reconnecting. This letter is being sent through CODE.X, my legacy planning app, which means I am no longer with you.

There are things I wish I had said while I was alive, and this letter gives me the chance to share what weighed heavily on my heart.

Jane, I am truly sorry for what happened between us. Not apologising to you in person was a burden I carried, and I hope you can forgive me for my silence.

My greatest wish is that this letter brings you peace and offers us both closure. You will always hold a special place in my heart.
